Filosofy

To select and grow vineyards that are in harmony with the environment. Make live wines with healthy grapes. Hand work at the vineyard and low intervention in the cellar.

Viticulture

Essential to our viticulture: the search for balance, and the vine expression. Full respect for nature cycles. Local grape varieties

The means: certified organic farming. and biodynamic practices. Work vine by vine. Manual harvest in small boxes.

Our region is Penedès, close to Barcelona, the biggest viticultural region of Catalonia. Mediterranean climate, marked by the proximity of the sea.

Cellar

Our cellar is located in a “Masia” (typical catalan country house) where wine has been produced for more than 400 years.

Our work at the cellar: to put the conditions to allow the grapes become wine in a natural way.

The pillars of this filosofy:

  • Just ripe and healthy grapes.
  • Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast.
  • Natural stabilization without additives, no filtering.
